Product Link Reset

Reset product links to initiate a clean re-sync.

Steps:

  1. Open PIM2Shopify Link Refresh tab and navigate to the Product Refresh Section.

  2. Choose a method:

    1. By SKU: Enter comma-separated PIM SKUs.

    2. By Shopify GID: Enter comma-separated Shopify GIDs.

  3. Click on Refresh Product Link. 

Note:  Use link reset only when product links are broken or when a full re-sync is needed for specific products.
