Product Link Reset

Reset product links to initiate a clean re-sync.

Steps:

  1. Open the product you would like to delete from BigCommerce (BigC)
  2. Copy the BigC ID (recommended) from the Product URL (example: https://store-zfohwhqwd.mybigcommerce.com/manage/products/edit/103153)
  3. Delete the product
  4. Open PIM2BigCommerce Link Refresh tab and navigate to the Product Refresh Section
  5. Choose a method "Refresh By BigCommerce ID"
  6. Populate the BigC ID and click on "Refresh Product Link" (this will refresh the mapping backend mapping for the product)
  7. Give it a few seconds and resync the product

Note:  Use link reset only when product links are broken or if you choose to product re-sync is needed for specific products.
