Note: Files must be saved in CSV format. File names should match the content and the template naming convention. Example: ClientRulesCustomFields.csv.

Custom Fields

Transform custom field labels and values.
Steps:

  1. Open the Sample Template and map PIM attributes to the corresponding BigCommerce custom fields.

  2. The mapping file includes the following headers: PIM Attribute Code, BC Custom Field Name, Value Type, PIM Attribute Value, and BC Attribute Value.

  3. Ensure all PIM Attribute Codes contain valid data.

  4. ​Save the file and coordinate with StrikeTru to enable the sync on the server.
